Shipping & Returns

At Race Artworks, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure your products arrive safely, we have established the following shipping policy.

Manufacturing time:

We require a lead time of  20 business days in advance of the date you need your order. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that fall within the estimated time frame do not count.) Shipping time apart.

We work on event date or date by which you need to have the order, so it is very important for us that you indicate it to us when you place the order. This way we can arrange the production schedule so that your orders arrive before the date you specify.

This means that regardless of how far in advance you place your order (respecting our minimum notice period of 20 business days), your order will arrive between 1 or 2 weeks before the date you specify when placing your order, since, given our experience, the customer has more time to be able to add items to their initial order or, depending on the case, to be able to make modifications before their order has gone into production and thus not have to place a new order and pay shipping costs again. We try to make it as comfortable as possible whenever circumstances allow.

Depending on the time of year, the advance notice that we like to have before the date you indicate to us of "when you need the order" (1 or 2 weeks in advance), may vary depending on the volume of work we have at that time, but always ensuring that it arrives on time for your event.

In case you have given us a date when placing the order, and days later you want to modify it to tell us that you need it before, you have to notify us by email at contacto@elrincondeisa.es or through our whatsapp chat at +34621329085, and we will tell you whether or not such a change is possible, depending on the volume of work we have at that time.

If your order is for The Canary Islands, you must add 10 days to our period of 20 business days in advance of the date you need to have your order, since the delivery times of the transport agencies to send to the islands are different from the delivery times they have in the Peninsula. We are not responsible if the package is held in customs, thus compromising the delivery time, since it is something beyond our control and we cannot control it.

Shipping options:

We offer several shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. When placing your order, you can select from the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: Deliveries in approximately 48-72 hours, once the order is prepared and ready for delivery. This time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the courier service, local holidays, etc.

- Express Shipping: If you need your products urgently, you can opt for our express shipping service with delivery in 24-48 hours from the shipping date. This service has an additional cost to standard shipping. If you want your order with this type of shipping, you must contact us through our email contacto@elrincondeisa.es or by whatsapp at +34621329085 so that we can confirm whether or not it is possible.

- Pick up at our workshop: If you prefer to pick up your products at our workshop, you have the option at a cost of €0. Once your order is ready, we will notify you by whatsapp so that you can pick up your order, within the time we indicate. If the person who owns the order cannot pick it up personally, whoever picks up the order at our facilities must identify themselves with an ID and you must notify us so that we know.

All shipped orders include a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment
